During the Pandemic of 2020, I came up with Leveler towers artificial intelligence to spread a counterintuitive idea that automating work increases human capital & jobs, not decreases them, accelerating us into universal access vocational certainty.

AKA The “Sconoverse” or The Jobs-futurism Direct economy/Single-Ready-Play.

Since 2020, my thesis has matured, compelling me to write more about the subject, including writing a manifesto and getting deeper into the ‘advancement of automatronic algorithms’ and improving human well-being.

MOONSHOT

Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) will unlock more human capacity than expected and billions of jobs.

Here's why

Right now, (almost) every job, task, or skill is wrapped up by Large Language Models (LLMs) — automatically “martinized” by AI.

As machines replace or displace human skills, we need a new category of work for the ‘jobs people do’ in a post-scarce, abundant world.

With many such examples of Automattronic jobs (e.g., a type of new knowledge work automation), already in play, completing the Singularity-Loop to recursive human jobs-to-be-done makes said new category of work even more plausible, relevant, and economic-viable.

These are the kinds of Human-Automattronic Jobs & Chromatic Talented Integers that I’m talking about! Billions of them. Flourishing–inside post 2025 superintelligent techno job force economies.

In a post-scarcity world, this is the sort of “abundant” future I see, and I seek a truly, fully human-capitalized Globalsphere.

Through artificial intelligence and AGI (to a much lesser extent - ASI), everyone is Chromatic Talented Integer in the Jobs-futurism Direct/Single-Ready-Play economy. All 8.213 billion, and each of us capable of producing one (or many) automattronic jobs (HAJs).

This is what I am after. This is what the pursuit of Leveler (and me) is about.

I have a plan for accelerating HAJs (AKA Automatrons or Automatronama) through my research and ideas. Within the human capital industry management arena, many of my takes 👀 are unconventional, unorthodox, and often ‘get in the way’ by (unintentionally) creating barriers–constricting the altruistic nature of Automatronic_future of work.
