My first million
As we pivot and accelerate into 'human-automatronic'-based work environments, cultures, ecosystems, and jobs, it compels us to utilize AI for inventing, building, and creating the first one million (and eventually 1 B) Native "Human-Automatronic Jobs." We might even unlock meta levels of human agency while we're at it starting with every single employee laid off in the previous 3 months — 28,000 people. We can also do it equally well for people that were not laid off. Then, combining all of this with artificial intelligence and The Jobs People Do in a transformed AGI world catalyzes 🌎 more & more Automatronic-based jobs innovation and Agency (i.e., *Integer Talent*).
The Bottom line:
–We cannot have a Future of Work without Automatronic Jobs and we cannot have 'human-automatronic' jobs without going all the way with A.I. and Human Capital(ism).
Here's to the first million, native-AI jobs that people will do. Be foolish like me and you too can do fun things.
Seriously though, I do think work is going away. Not jobs though. That's different, and I don't think the AI’s disappear us to The Machine. To me, they merely take "work" away by increasing Agency through the jobs-people-do. Human-Automatronic Jobs and the symbiosis of people and machine.
Cybernetic sounding? Yes.
The Future of Work? Definitely.
Here's to the invention of the first million native / purpose-driven automatronic jobs and automatronic work.
For all 8.213 billion of us.
Accelerate.
