I am intrigued and have an idea

~ a.i. for accelerating human-automatronic and synthetic, in silico jobs located at the intersection of automation, intelligence, and human agency. ~ Welcome to the Automatronic Age. Specifically, the Chromatic talent and Human-Automatronic job age. All professional work is becoming…automattronik. Already has. All jobs are going native “Human-Automattronic Job” perfect state! Even right now, (almost) every job is wrapped-up by LLMs — automattronically “martinized” by artificial intelligence. We're not in Kansas anymore. As human-skill is replaced or displaced by machine, we need a new category of work for the automatronic ‘jobs-people-do’ in a post-scarcity techno-capital world. With the age of Automattronic job already in play, completing the transmission to recursive human jobs-to-be-done makes said new category of work practical, pragmatic, possible, and plausible. These are the kinds of Human-Automattronic Jobs that I am talking about. Billions of them operating inside of the new Superintelligent Jobforce economy. In a post-scarcity world, this is the sort of “abundant” future I see. I seek a truly, fully human-capitalized world through artificial intelligence and AGI. To a much lesser extent, ASI. Everyone has become Chromatic Talent Integers - all 8.213 billion - and each of us capable of producing one, or many, automattronic jobs (HAJs). This is what I am after. This is what the pursuit of Leveler (and me) is all about. I have a plan for accelerating HAJs through my research and ideas. However, my methods and motives are antithetical to “HCM” industry norms, often acting as an impediment to conveying the altruistic nature of Automatrons in fully native, AI-Led commercial environments. I wish only to express my open/pro human-alignment algorithms over closed, Skills-based Alignment models. Despite these heavily fortified odds, I charge relentlessly forward into a post scarce world—shepherding, leveraging, and propagating the dawn of Automatronama, and universal basic — Automattronic jobs for every person in the world.
